Landon Taylor is the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy First Partners, where he is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the firm’s overall growth. He chairs the Senior Management Committee and serves on the Investment Committee.

He has built a distinguished career leading both emerging growth ventures and complex enterprises, with a consistent track record of creating new markets, driving revenue growth, and strengthening brand equity.
Michelle Flowers-Taylor, Chief Media & Communications Officer
Dr. Michelle Flowers-Taylor is a visionary storyteller and strategic communicator with over 20 years of leadership in media production, education, and social impact. As Chief Media and Communications Officer, she leverages her expertise in narrative-driven advocacy to amplify the transformative power of commercial real estate—bridging community development, economic equity, and global sustainability.
Her award-winning documentary Reimagining Freedom West—which earned the Better Communities Award at the United Nations’ Habitat Better Cities Film Festival—exemplifies her ability to craft compelling stories about place, belonging, and systemic change.
