John Beneventi brings over 30 years of accounting, finance, and technology experience to the Legacy First Partners team.

With over 30 years of accounting, finance, and technology experience, John has leveraged technology and data analytics to modernize critical and complex business processes. As a domain expert, he has led the design, creation, and deployment of technologies and business transformations related to real estate, mortgage, homeownership counseling, STEM education, and STEM entrepreneur development. 

 As co-founder of 5x Solutions he continues to work on the development cutting-edge technology and data analytics solutions. Current projects include Telemetry BI, a turnkey business intelligence/analytics solution, helps measure and manage complex business models. Prior developments include CounselorMax, a cloud-based client management system (“CMS”) which became the largest online client management tech platform in the country adopted by 400+ HUD-certified mortgage counseling agencies was successfully sold to NeighborWorks America.

John’s work at Legacy First Partners is focused on supporting financial analysis and the design of a long-term economic sustainability plan for Freedom West Homes Corp, one of the company’s largest advisory services clients.  The plan includes the design and implementation of Freedom West 2.0, a multi-billion redevelopment and economic revitalization project in the heart of the Fillmore district in San Francisco.
