Landon Taylor is the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy First, a mission-driven commercial real estate investment and services firm focused on generating long-term value at scale. In his role, Landon sets the strategic direction, oversees firm-wide growth, chairs the Senior Management Committee, and serves on the Investment Committee.
A veteran CEO, business strategist, and market builder, Landon brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning commercial real estate, financial services, and technology. Known for turning bold ideas into high-performing ventures, he has led both start-ups and Fortune 500 divisions, consistently delivering growth, opening new markets, and building lasting partnerships.
In 2022, Landon joined MacFarlane Partners Investment Management Group as CEO, leading the firm through a period of renewed momentum and market alignment. His leadership at MacFarlane laid the foundation for Legacy First, which continues the mission while expanding into a vertically integrated real estate platform.
Previously, Landon spent over a decade at First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a Fortune 500 company with $8 billion in annual revenue. There, he held multiple senior executive roles, including:

Landon holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University, and has completed executive programs in Advanced Management at Stanford University and Strategic Persuasion at the Harvard Kennedy School.
