Legacy First Partners advises and invests in companies, organizations, and high-impact individual leaders who launch and scale transformational projects that aim to build multi-generational wealth and sustainability for underserved communities.
Over the past 30 years, co-founders Landon Taylor and Dr. Michelle Flowers-Taylor have led and or invested in high impact companies in the real estate, technology, media, and STEM education industries.
With investments, and philanthropic gifts made through Legacy First Partners, they plan to dedicate the next three decades of their professional and personal lives to investing time, money, and talents into the leaders, companies, and initiatives with the greatest opportunity to create a better tomorrow for humanity.

ADVISORY SERVICES
Legacy First Partners co-founders serve as lead advisors to CEOs, boards of directors, and family offices on the formation and execution of startup, turn around, and expansion strategies. Existing projects include Freedom West 2.0, a multi-billion-dollar urban real estate redevelopment and economic empowerment project on four city blocks in the heart of San Francisco.
MEDIA
Through the Legacy First Films arm, Dr. Michelle Flowers-Taylor writes, produces, directs, narrates, and acts in short and long form film projects. Her focus is on the powerful intersection of media and social justice. Current projects include a mini doc series on BlackPast.org where she debuted a spotlight on Marsha Turner Taylor who at age 15 served as a national leader of the Black Panther Party’s nationally acclaimed Free Breakfast Program. Additionally, Legacy First Partners has produced the award-winning short documentary, Reimagining Freedom West, which is appearing at film festivals in the United States and internationally.

Legacy First Partners are active impact investors in early and early growth stage companies in the real estate, PropTech, mortgage tech, and media industries. They are particularly interested in companies that expand access real estate ownership, affordable housing, and wealth creation for underserved communities.
